New Year's Countdown

On New years eve (December 31st), from 6:00am - Midnight there is a Countdown to New years. Tortimer gives out Party poppers to the player during the Countdown and he gives a New years shirt out on New years day. Once this Countdowns finshed and it is midnight, the countdown screen will say "Happy news years!". On 2099, when the countdown finshes instead of the screen saying "Happy New Years!", it will say "Thanks for playing!" and the game will restart to 2000 again because the game does not go to 2100.
